He has extensive experiences in using modified catheter dilatation treating cricopharyngeal achalasia, ultrasound guided Botox injection treating spasticity, and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injury.

In addition, he has more than 10 research projects that are financed by the national, provincial, and university funds, including the Natural Science Foundation of China, etc
