Her early work focused on the Histology and Embryology. She established human embryonic stem cells lines in 2001; Differentiation and cryopreservation of human ES cells are her main interests since 2002. She has been involved in the field of IVF-ET since 2003. The in vitro fertilization of human gametes and development of human embryos are her main research focus for the past 13 years.
Education and Experience
· Department of Histology and Embryology, Sun Yat-sen Medical College and got Master degree (1997-2000, research had been focused on Embrology)
· Reproductive Research Center The first Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and got Ph.D Degree (2000-2003, established human embryonic stem cell lines);
· Training experince at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002, assisted reproductive technology；
· Training Course in France about the cryopreservation of ovarian tissue (2003);
· Further education and advanced meeting about in vitro maturation of human oocytes in Danmark (2004, 2006);
· Work experince at the IVF Center of Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital (2007-2008)
· Work experience in the IVF Lab, The first Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (2000-2013);
· Lab director of the IVF Lab, The first Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (2008-2013);
